This package is for you whatever stage you are on your journey to help you stabilise, gain clarity, control and empowerment for a future action plan. You could be a transplant recipient, donor, or supporter. This package includes:
1× 1:1 60-minute coaching session
3 × 1:1 45-minute follow up fortnightly coaching sessions
Action plans sent out after each coaching session
Individual WhatsApp support for the six weeks (I will reply within reasonable hours when I can)
